ANNUAL RE-REGISTRATION
This refers to the mandatory annual re-registration with the commercial board of the State in which your company was opened.
This tax obligation contains information about the names and addresses of directors or administrators of an LLC/CORPORATION/NON-PROFIT, as well as the details of its registering agent.
The deadline for sending this re-registration is from January 1st to May 1st of the year following the opening of the company.
